IDR: Restore only gives "System State" option

Hi,

If I have a backup of a system disks "C:" partition, and "System State" (total compressed .bkf filesize ~ 800 Mb) why does IDR only give the "System State" as an option when restoring? Why can I not restore the C: partition?

We apologise for the inconvenience caused because of the delayed response.

To troubleshoot this issue please perform the following steps:-

-- check if the ".dr" file is properly updtaed
-- Also check if the catalogs are not corrupt.
-- While restoring there are two options:
1.Automated restore
2.Assisted restore
Which option have you selected?

-- If you have selected the "Automated restore" option then try selecting other option and check if you can see the c: partition and the system state.
