To troubleshoot this issue please perform the following steps:-
-- check if the ".dr" file is properly updtaed
-- Also check if the catalogs are not corrupt.
-- While restoring there are two options:
1.Automated restore
2.Assisted restore
Which option have you selected?
-- If you have selected the "Automated restore" option then try selecting other option and check if you can see the c: partition and the system state.
