IDR does not restore the latest list of Backup jobs.

I'm getting a bit confused with IDR.

I used to have a couple of Backup jobs called, let's say, "Old Backup Job 1" and "Old Backup Job 2". One job did practically everything to back up my Windows 2003 Server , the other job used slightly different settings to backup MS Exchange Server 2003.
I have now replaced these with "New Backup Job 1" and "New Backup Job 2". There is no sign of the old jobs any more in the Job Setup pages, or the Job History. I also have new media sets that have replaced the old ones.

Then I ran full backup of the system to tape and got the .dr files on a floppy. Then I created the bootable IDR CD

Then when I did the recovery the system appeared to be recovered OK but the Backup Exec application's list of jobs contained all the old jobs and knew nothing about the latest set of jobs that I had created.

How did that happen ?

Hello,

Did the latest backup job updated the dr files ?
