IDR for Netware server from BE 9.1 or 10.0 for Window

Hi,

I need to know the answer of this please
As I am new to Veritas Backup Exec I need to know if there any way to do IDR for a Netware server using Backup Exec 9,1 or 10.x for windows?

I have gonna through the IDR documentation on CD and I couldn’t find any info that saying it can do IDR for other OS other than windows platform.

I just need a conformation from Veritas regarding this matter as I need to tell the client these info .

Hello there,

We apologize for the delayed response.

IDR of NetWare server is supported with Backup Exec 10.0. However it is a paid option and there is a separate license for it. Review the list of NetWare Operating Systems supported:
http://support.veritas.com/docs/264484

However, IDR of NetWare using Backup Exec version 9.x is not possible and not supported.
