IDR problems

Hello,


I have a test server that I am using for IDR. I did a full backup of the server and created the Bootable CD. I was able to finish all the IDR restore jobs and when the system boots back I get this error:

"Window could not start because of an error in the software.
Please report this problem as:
Load needed DLLs for kernel.
Please contact your support person to report this problem"

What was the answer? Also, do you have a link to the exact steps? I'm having issues getting IDR to work with a Win2k3 server.

May we know the solution because in their knowledgebase if you have BE10 you should apply SP4 or hotfix 23 but it does not help with me.

Hope you could share the solution thanks...

I had to apply the hotfix, and then recreate the media.
