IDR "Language was not determined" error

The intelligent Disaster Recovery Preparation Wizard reports "Language was not determined from \\Servername" error when selecting local server. It is a localized (hungarian) SBS 2003 R2. For the user which is the System Logon Account set default locale to English.

I would do the following:

First follow this document:

http://seer.support.veritas.com/docs/266912.htm

Then if you have them, use English language installation CDs to prepare your IDR disk. Keep in mind that this will not affect your recovery, it is just for to get a shell and the interface up and running so you can just access your tapes and recover. You could probably use any Windows 2003 disk or SBS 2003 Disk.

It is also my understanding that IDR (or BE in general) does not support all languages (English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Japanese, and Chinese only) for the purpose of creating the boot disk. The last comment of the following post might also work.

https://forums.symantec.com/syment/board/message?board.id=be12_general&message.id=152&query.id=25802...

If this does not work, I will export some language-related registry entries that you can import to your system after backing up the current ones as per this old post:

https://forums.symantec.com/syment/board/message?board.id=18&message.id=39808

I also sent you a private message.
