IRQ_NOT_LESS_THAN Blue screen error Windows2003

When backup begins, our server immediately flies to a blue screen with the error "IRQ_NOT_LESS_THAN" and then begins its Memory Dump.

May this have something to do with not using the Veritas drivers?

Assistance would greatly be appreciated.

Running Backup Exec 10 on Windows server 2003.

Thank you for your quick response. I will try to try this out this week. We are running on HP Proliant DL360, and the exact error message i get is:

DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
