Incremental Backup Hanging BackupExec 2012

I am running Backup Exec 2012 and for some reason when ever my incremntal backup for one of my servers starts it stalls and hangs. When I come in to the office the next day see things like I have attached. The status says the job log is "BEX_ASERVER06_03852.xml" But I can not find that file... The tape drive is showing idle.. Like nothing is running.. The job is just hung. I tried to cancel the job and that didn't do anything.. It is just hung. I am wanted to see if there is a place I can look to see what it is doing? A log? Anything. I am about to kill the services and see if that will stop the job. Befroe I do I am wonding if there is anything else I can try or look at.

Also, I dont appear to be having any other issues with any other servers..

Hi Have this worked before and now is it not working? What about are there any events in event viewer in application and system tab on the server were the backup is going on right now also look for events on media server for any error or warning that should help you too find what is going on Thanks

I dont know what happened but this issues seems to have stopped.
