Installation of SQL Agent

When I install the backup exec on a remote computer, I am unable to install the SQL agent. The option does not appear on the installation features. Is this due to the license issue... since I have used the entire 6 sql license

There is no specific BackuExec SQL Agent software to install. It uses (together with the 'normal' agent) the MS SQL interface for backup.

You 'just' need the license.
