Installation on SBS and client computer

I need to find out how to setup Backup Exec in the following configuration.

SBS 2003 R2
Client computer with XP Professional

I have an external hard drive and a tape drive (LTO-2) connected to the client computer.  I need to have these two devices on the client computer as the server will not be easily accessable.

I would like to do a backup to disk and disk to tape.

I have installed Backup Exec for SBS on the SBS server and am able to define the client attached hard drive with backup folders, and the backups run succesfully.  But I cannot access the tape drive.

What do I need to do to backup the client attached disk to tape?

Thank you in advance for your help.

The tape drive needs to be attached locally to the backup exec server.  You are not going to be able to use it on a client workstation, unless you install a full version of backup exec on the client as well.

I thought that might be the case.

What version of Backup Exec would I need to put on tne client workstation?
Also, would I still be able to backup SBS server data (i.e. Exchange, etc.) from the client workstation?

You would need Backup Exec for Windows Servers. Then you would also need an agent for each part of the SBS server you want to backup. i.e. Exchange, SQL, Sharepoint, etc.
