Installing Hotfixes on Backup Exec 11d

I installed Backup Exec 11d and am trying to apply the hotfixes.  So far I have been able to install 2, 6 and 9 and the installation of all the others rolls back before completion.  I am doing this from the server console.  Any ideas would be appreciated.

Hi Nadia,

do you have some kind of monitoring software running on the system that restarts services that are set to automatic when they're not running? During the HF installation the BE services have to be down. We had a similar problem with services being restarted while the HF was installing...
