Installing more than one Backup Exec SQL database onto an MS SQL 2000 Serve

I have just installed Backup Exec 10d with the Central Admin option and now want to install a Managed Media server but when the install gets to the section where you chose the SQL Server that the database is to be held it comes up with an error saying that there is another Backup Exec database instance and will not let me continue.
Is there a way to install more that one Backup Exec Database onto an Microsoft SQL Server?

- You can install more Backup Exec SQL database on the SQL server but with multiple instances on SQL Server.
