Hi, I am running Backup Exec 11d on Windows Server 2003. Recently the inventories have been failing. When I check the job log afterwards I get:
Slot 5 - Status: the device is busy and not yet ready to process a command, please check the device.
I have checked that all cables are securely in and restarted everything but I get this error message no matter what for slot 5. Everyone else seems to backup just fine. How do I get rid of this message?
