We have an Iomega autoloader which we want to use with Veritas, but as yet we have been unable to get the device to change tapes.

Has anyone got this to work or has Veritas Released any patches to get the Iomega Autoloader to work, I have tried to contact veritas but can't get an answer.Message was edited by:

Hi Andy,

1) Have you installed Veritas latest device drivers while upgrading to BEWS 10?

2) Check whether the device or drive you are using is supported and tested with BEWS version 10.0 ?
