Iomega REV Autoloader

Hi

We are testing BackupEXEC 11d with an Iomega REV Autoloader.
I have configured the device partitions into one for each slot.

When we try to label the media or run an inventory the job appears to be successful, but in the job log we get...

Error : e0008231 - Library - cleaning media was mounted.

There is no cleaning media in any of the slots, any ideas?

The problem has been resolved.

There was some additional REV software which had to be installed on the server and required a reboot after.
We still continued to use the BackupEXEC drivers.

I have Iomega Rev Autoloader 1000. I don't view all slots in Backup exec 11d, but only one.
