Is it possibly to run multiple duplicates of the same job?

I run my backups to Disk every day.  I have been trying to get multiple duplicates to work with a policy for some time now and havent had much luck.
Can i duplicate them from disk to
1.  SAN
2. Tape
3.  Offsite the following day

Would this be possible?
