Issue with Backup exec 2010,tapes showing even after data copied and tapes removed.

Backup exec 2010, weekly data has beed copied and tapes has been removed from the drive but still showing the tapes in the slot.

i did scan and inventory also but still showing tapes with amount o data copied.

Couple of things to try...

1. Patching BE with available updates.

2. Restart the BE services...

Recycle all the BE services and then perform an inventory.
