Job Engine System System Service Not Responding

I am running Backup Exec 2010, latest service pack and hotfixes.  My backup to disk jobs have started failing with a job engine system service not reponding message.  The engine debug logs have this error "unable to mount, error 0xE000810C".

Let me know what other info is needed.

If this doesn't work, delete the B2D from within BE itself (this doesn't delete it from the server!), and recreate it.

At device tab, right click on your B2D folder and select Pause.

Wait a couple of minutes and repeat this procedure selecting Unpause and try again your job.
