Job Rate Very Slow

I have a backup job that is running at about 20mb. All previous jobs were anywhere from 700 to 1000 mb. No changes have been made. I am running BE 12.5.

Are all jobs to all remote servers running at the same job rate or just one job running to one particular remote server. Also is this a GRT enabled job?

so i have about 15 servers. one of the servers has the be 12.5 and all the rest have the remote agent installed. I have 2 jobs setup, one being a full and the other being a differential. The differential is running right now and the backup job backs up data from all the other 14 servers. So the job is running and backing up to all the servers. I am not sure what GRT enabled job is.
