Job ends with error OFO: Not authorized to run Advance Open File Operations

Backup Exec 9.1 rev 4691 SP4a. The Backup Exec succesfully connects to remote host with OFO Agent Installed. The Backup job is running, but when its trying to backup an open file, the job ends with the following error message in the log:

Completed status: Failed
Final error: 0xa000fe56 - OFO: Error during backup. Set has been canceled.
Final error category: Resource Errors
OFO: Not authorized to run Advance Open File Operations on target system.
OFO: Error during backup. Set has been canceled.

The remote system in DELL PowerVault NAS with Windows 2000 Powered installed SP4 and the Backup Exec agent with OFO enabled. This is happening only in SP4a installed (before no problem without SP4a)

NOTE: The backup job is OK without Open File Option selected.
