My backup job without AOFO is about 200GB. The same job with AOFO is 300GB. Is it normal? If yes, why?

I would expect the AOFO backup to have more data, since it will include files that would otherwise be flagged as "in use - skipped"

adding 50% may be a bit extreme   tho Smiley Surprised

are any of these "skipped" files database files?  SQL, Exchange, Notes, Oracle etc.  These should be excluded from AOFO processing and be grabbed through the appropriate agent
