Jobs "Missed" after daylight savings time change

Several of my jobs did not run after the time change last weekend - EDST to EDT.  There were several entries lfor this same problem last spring when the time changed.  I found a patch 287696 but it is no longer availabled.  What causes this and is there a fix?

I am at ver 7101 and all the latest patches installed , most of my backup jobs were screwed up when the time change including one that got corrupted.
