Licensing of Unix Agents

I have a licensed installation of Backup Exec 9.0 for Windows. I have licenses for the Remote agent for Windows Servers. I was wondering if I can install the Remote agent for unix workstations without purchasing a new license? If the media server will back it up, does that mean it is legitimate?
