I have veritas 9.1 with following contract ID number :
9680-6077-7087.

i know its expired but can i ask a Q please ?

I have V9.1 licenses for :

1-Remote agents
2-SAPR3 agents
3-Open file Agents
4-Oracle Agents

but i recently received a new 5 licenses for :

SAPR3 client Agents ( V10 ) and i can't install them as you know .

how can i solve this problem as soon as possible please

do i need to buy the new v10 product license and do the upgrade from the net ? in this case do i need to upgrade all my software licenses to v10 or they going to work ?

On the other hand if i want to use the current SAP agents
what can i do without upgrades ?

can you provide me with v9.1 licenses for 9.1instead ?

my New SAP license agreement No is 73877

Hi,

If you wish to use the new 10.0 SAPR3 client Agents, you will need to upgrade the existing installation to 10.0.

The upgrade to 10.0 is a free option if the support contract is valid.

Please contact the Sales department so that you can exchange the serial numbers.
