LifeUpdate forgets already installed updates

We are using Backup Exec 2010 R3.
Somehow after a while (few weeks) we receive the Error Message that LifeUpdate is not corrently linked to Backup Exec 2010. After that Backup Exec 2010 is relinked to LifeUpdate correctly so that available updates are show. But the shown updates are already installed. So we install the shown updates for new.

And again after a few weeks that same issue occurs.

Thx for the feedback. Same Problem for me.

But since the thread was closed until there was a real solution. I still need help with this problem.
