Hello,
I'm a new consultant on a job and the customer has an old Extended support agreement, however, no License key for the main installation or CD is available. How can I obtain these?

If the customer still has a running copy of BackupExec, check for a file named BESERNUM.XMl in the C:\WINNT directory (by default) This will contain all serials installed in that media server
