Logon account "System Logon Account" failed to access

I am trying to backup an Exchange 2003 server remotely.

The Exchange 2003 server does have the Exchange Remote Agent installed.

I have chosen an account that is not hidden from Exchange, is a domain admin and has bee delegated to have control

I am using Veritas 10.0 5484.

Nothing seems to work.

Please advise.
