Lotus Domino backup problem

Can someone please help me on this..

We have just upgraded Backup exec 8.x to Backup Exec 10d. When we try to backup the Lotus Domino, we unable to select Lotus Notes Database and also unalbe to select even the harddrive.

I already tried installing the BEWS 10.1.5629R Hotfix 10, but the problem still exist.

Any advice on this?

- What is the version of Domino that you are using?



Kindly check in the scl if the Domino version is compatible with Backup exec

Platform : Windows 2000 server
Lotus: Lotus Domino r 6.5

Yes, the Lotus Domino server is compatible with BEWS 10d.


Another problem is the services of BEWS 10d on Lotus Domino server won't run

I tried installing Hotfix 10 and even Service Pack 1 for BEWS 10d but still the problem exist.

Can't someon please help me on this

yes, I also apply the SP1 to remote client. But still the problem exist.

I already logged a case id to Veritas support.
