I want to recover a mail box from lotus notes which was backed up using Symantec backup exec 2010 R3 version.
The enviroment which the back was setup had a domain change and the old domains trust relationship was removed.
Now I want to recover a mail box from a 2014 tape and when I go to the tape and expand it is not showing any data. But the tape itself is showing that the full capacity has been used.
Could this be due to the domain change? if so how can I get the data recovered?
