Is Back Up Exec, capable of backing up a Microsoft Cluster enviroment running on 2 IBM X3550 M2's running W2K3 R2, with a shared IBM DS3200 storage drive? Is their an availabe instruction on how to setup and configure backup for this enviroment?
Yup it is able to backup .
You need to make sure that you have the remote agent installed on each node of the cluster and When making the selection for backup you should select the resourses under the virtual name of the server .
Is there any application installed on the cluster server. like SQl or Exchange?
