Please forgive if this has already been covered and ansered already, but I couln't see anything specifically.
Can anyone confirm as fact that a CPS job betweeen a media server running 2003 and a remote server as the target running 2008 does not and cannot work?
If I try to set this job up, it immediately reports a faulting illegal operation error and then is very descriptive as to exactly what the problem is.
Is there a fix for this or is it something that just 'is' and will not be addressed?
