Media Intervention Alert

I have (with much help from these forums!) developed a job that pulls a tape, performs the backup, then moves the tape to the mail slot on my HP Autoloader.

When it moves the tape to the mail slot however, I get an alert for a media intervention. I tried to disable this alert or get it to time out, but the options are all grayed out. Is there a way to get this alert to either not fire or to close it in a short period of time?

What specifically is the alert?

The alert is "Media Intervention". The tape has been exported from the drive to my "mail slot" and veritas is wanting me to remove the tape "Please remove the media from the portal". I'm trying to either disable this or have it disappear after a few minutes.

The guide I looked at doesn't have this particular alert listed.

And the "media remove alert" doesn't work?

If not 'fraid I'm out of ideas
