Missing files from inetsrv

When i backup my server (all include system state) some files are missing from inetsrv.
The log show completed with no exception.
I need those files to be backup.
Why it is happen ?

Are we talking about DLL's, EXE's etc?

These files are all part of the system state. You will not see them in any restore file lists- you would have to restorey our whole system state to restore them.
