Unable to install DLO on Client after installing BEW V.10 SP3 / hotfix 8

If you install either
SP3 or Hotfix 8
it is not possible to install the client.

I know there is a solutions for this,
don't install Hotifix 8 or SP3
(or if you have installed above, you can delete the \agent\dlo and then make a repair,,,

But this dont solve the probs that Hotfix 8 solve...

I would very much like to know when there will be a fix READY that solve the issues in Hotfix 8 around the DLO client and that WORKS ?
