Missing mailboxes Information store backup

I have a couple missing mailboxes when a information store backup is performed.  We are currently running Exchange 2003 sp2 with one information store with 120 mailboxes and symantec backup exec 11d REV 7170.  Anyone else experienced this or have a suggestion about how to fix it or start diagnosing how to fix it?

How do i get  hotfix 4.  When i do the live update it says my product is up to date, and I don't see any download links in the article.
