Missing slots on MSL5026 tape library

I recently upgraded to BackupExec v10.0. After the upgrade, I am no longer able to see all of the available slots on the MSL5026. I am currently apply patches. However, none seem to relate to this issue. Am I missing a configuration option?

Hi,

Please perform the following steps:

1) rightclick on the device
2) disable the device
3) delete the device by rightclicking on the library
4) restart all the Backup Exec Services
5) Run the device configuration wizard and configure the device.
