Moving database and config files to a new server with the same name

How we can move a current Backup exec DB and Config files to a new physical server but using the same computer name? I have to ship out this server to another site and it will be re-named, etc. A new server will arrive shortly to take its' place.

Stop BE services then copy Data folder to a safe location. Install new server and BE then run BEUtility application. In BEUtility choose Copy Database and select location to stored files. Database file is normally BEDB_dat.mdf and log file is BEDB_log.ldf.
