Multiple NIC's BackupExec 12.5

We are deploying a new media server connected to a tape library that will be backing up about 25tb of data. We want to ensure the best sustained throughput possible. I am intending on installing 4 nics. I know backup exec will see each NIC but will backup exec use all nics automatically or do you need to specify different backup jobs to a use a specific nic in order to utilize all the nics available? I havent been able to find a clearly defined answer in the admin guide.

So quite simply, it is as I expected. You need to manually split jobs over different cards.
