NDMP Agent Gain Access Vulnerability

We recently underwent a security scan and the "Veritas Backup Exec NDMP Agent Gain Access" vulnerability was identified. What remedy is available to close this vulnerability? We are currently using Backup Exec V10.0 Rev. 5520

In this scenario if the server is at 10.0 rev 5520 SP2 do all the remote windows machines being backed up need a new agent?
