Backup exec fails to work because of this event error. Event ID 7, source trscsi-VRTS.
Reboot and power cycle does not fix the problem, start and stop of device service is greyed out.
Is there anyway to enable this device as it seems to be critical for my backup exec software to work. I am running on Windows NT with a HP T20 Travan Backup device.
Has anyone come across this problem or able to suggest possible fixes?
