Need help for the Symantec Exec Backup 2010 Snapshot Issue

I got an issue from the Symantec Backup Exec 2010..this error just came and I cannot figure out. Can anybody from help me on this and give me some idea on how to resolve. I have completed the BACKUP but its having an exception and I cannot use the snapshot to for recovery due to this following error.

"VSS Snapshot Warning File C;\Windows\system32\wdfcoinstaller01009.dll is not present on the snapshot."

"Then .DR file is required for Intelligent Disaster recovery is created/updated"

Please help me guys.

I think this is different solution because this file WDFCOINSTALLER01009.DLL is part of a USB kernel drivers. I cannot see also the  Removable Storage Manager under my Shadow Copy Component. Please post another solution....thank you!

Is it possible to re-install that USB Kernel drivers??
