Need help in Backup Exec 2012

HI Everyone

I am trying to backup a server , I get a message  "Convert to virtual machine "

But i dont have any VM machines

Tried to create a new job with backup to tape option selected still i am getting the exception

PLease advise what can be done

Its a new feature in 2012, whereby, the physical machine backup sets can be converted to VM...i guess, when Simplified Disaster Recovery is enabled ON, the option of P2V appears ..
