10D with CPS, IDR, Remote, LTO and DLO options
ATL7100 with 4 DLT7000 drives on 2 SCSI chains (Controller(0),Drive1(1),Drive2(2)) and (Drive3(3),Drive4(4)) atttached via 10M HV Diff cable to 2 2944 cards.
1 HP Ultrium 230 stand-alone drive installed internally on a 39160.
During SCSI POST is see the controller and all 5 drives enumerate.

Drives 1 and 2 show under the library but 3 and 4 do not. How do I make this work?

Hi,

That means you have a standalone drive and other 4 DLT7000 drives in a library ?

SCSI ID 0 and 1 are reserved for Windows.. so try putting changer on 2 and all the drives on SCSI 3,4,5...

Also run device configuartion wizard from Tools > Wizards > device configuration... drag and drop the drives under library..

Update us on the same and revert for any further Query
Hope this will help you

Thank you
Gauri

Gauri,

I downloaded the updated device driver software and all is well now with the current SCSI setup.

All the drives are enumerated correctly in the Drives tab.

Thanks,

Tim
