New Robotic Library Driver

I am trying to use HP StorageWorks Ultrium 960 Autoloader 1/8 external unit with Backup Exec 9.1on Windows 2000 server.

Bacup Exec has identified it, but only as a single drive unit. I have looked on Veritas's download site, but there doesn't seem to be an option available??

Could it be that this is a fairly new product from HP and Veritas just haven't got the robotic driver available for it yet?

Please advise.

Verify if the device is compatible with BE v9.1.Refer the following link:-

If the device is comaptible and tested then install latest Veritas device drivers:-
http://seer.support.veritas.com/docs/273853.htm
