Newbie Question: Will Simple Schedule work?

I was asked to configure Backup Exec 10D on Windows Small Business Server 2003 at a small office using 4 tape rotation. Only the server is to be backed up. I am thinking a Full Backup will run on Sunday nights with Incrementals run Monday-Friday. The Sunday night Full Backup is allowed to over write the tape and I am thinking I will append the incrementals. Would that be appropriate? Please Advise.

What kind of tape device and media do you have?
 
How much data is a FULL backup?  About how much for an  INCR?
 
You may want to do a Full/Overwrite on the weekends to one tape, and then Incr/Append the rest of the week to one tape, then a third for the next Full and the fourth for the second weeks INCR
 
That way you can go back two weeks for recovery
