No Information store in Exchange 9.1 selection list. have mailboxes/publics

Hey,

I have inherited an Exchange 2003 server with Exchange 2003 with all the latest updates and service packs.

I also have Backup Exec 9.1 with Exchange agent, and I have mailbox and public folders etc in my selection list. I do not have the information store though.

I have gone through things that I have found such as

and the account I am using (both logged in and as credentials for backup exec selections) as Administrator. Everything seems fine.

I have seen people talk of the ExAdmin dll's etc, and as far as I can tell this is all installed properly.

All my other exchange boxes that I have run up etc all have this setup fine.

Any ideas?

Hello,

Are you trying to backup a remote Exchange Server?
Are the remote agents on both the servers running as Lokal System account?

Could you check ?f the versions of the file beremote.exe is same on both the servers?

Could you enable the key in the following document on both remote as well as the media server and then restart the services:
