No Jobs are listed in Job setup

Using ver 9.1 in Windows 2000 server:

Jobs were created and are running as defined yet they do nnot show up in the Job Setup tab nor in the Job Monitor tab. Has anyone got a clue? And this is not a filtering problem. In otherwords, the filters are set to show all jobs, successful, failed, etc. for all times.

The jobs defined are backup to disk jobs, if that helps.

Hello,

Since when does this problem occur? Are the jobs running as per schedule? In case you haven't installed the latest SP for backup exec 9.1,install it from the following link and then test the results:

Revert if the issue persists.

As far as I know, nothing has changed on the system except for job definitions. However, at the same time this anomaly appeared we changed from tape media to disk backup. I don't see any reason why changing the media type would affect the display of defined jobs. It also appears as though there are other jobs defined that are running that we can't remove or see. It is absolutely inexplicable, the behavior of this product.
