Problem with Backup / HP Ultrium LTD 1 Rev E33P H43r

Hi,

Suddently my job backup failed. The error was (in job history):

"Job ended: Friday, February 17, 2006 at 5:07:23 PM
Completed status: Failed
Final error code: a000e380 HEX
Final error description: An error occured during backup. Please check the job log for more information."

This error is aleatory. I power off backup hardware, down veritas service, power on backup hardware and restart veritas service. Every thing is ok, and sudently the backup job failed again.

Display on hardware backup show (when backup job failed): device stopped.

Hello,

- Are you backing up any Databases?

- The error "a000e380 HEX " may occur if some files are getting skipped
during the backup. If you are not using Advanced OPen File Option you
should consider closing down open databases(if any..) and check the result.

Ok, I will check this.

In some server we take backup of database but in another no. The job failed in all server, I mean, fail tried to access all server.
