Not able to get the Lnse key for Backup Exec10

We have purchased the Backup Exec 10 with our Quantum VS160. oUR Server has crashed recently and when we try to reinstall the Backup Exec10. It was asking for the License Key, which we don't have. I have tried the licensing portal but to no avail as it does not recognises my Activation Number and doesn't allow me to move forward. My reference Code is 11496 (on the back of the CD cover).
 
Now, even i tried to call the India Number it says "Number Does not Exist" . Can Symantec Guys please help. this a question of life and death as we are not any bakups right now.

Install Backup Exec in Demo/trial mode
 
take a tape from before the crash, inventory and catalog
 
Find the BESERNUM.XML in the WINNT directory and restore it to an alternate place
 
shutdown backup exec and move the restored file to the WINNT directory and restart BackupExec
 
You can also recover all your jobs, schedules, selection lists etc.  See http://seer.entsupport.symantec.com/docs/268315.htm but choose Recover Database rather than Dump Database
 
To recover your catalogs, redirect the \catalogs folder, then see http://seer.entsupport.symantec.com/docs/272886.htm
