We have purchased the Backup Exec 10 with our Quantum VS160. oUR Server has crashed recently and when we try to reinstall the Backup Exec10. It was asking for the License Key, which we don't have. I have tried the licensing portal but to no avail as it does not recognises my Activation Number and doesn't allow me to move forward. My reference Code is 11496 (on the back of the CD cover).
Now, even i tried to call the India Number it says "Number Does not Exist" . Can Symantec Guys please help. this a question of life and death as we are not any bakups right now.
