I have Backup Exec 10d SP2 HF44 on Server 2003 with backup job notifications configured to be sent to a printer. The notification documents print but never clear from the print queue. The result is that each time I restart the server I end up with all of the notification documents being resent to the printer. I have to manually cancel all documents in the print queue in order to clean it out. Only Backup Exec notification document print jobs stick in the queue. Anyone know why?
The printer is Xerox Phaser configured using a print server port (Netgear PS110).
