OBDR Solution with BackupExec

Greetings,

We would like to use Veritas BackupExec with the full line of agents (Intelligent Disaster Recovery, Continuous Protection Server, Open File) to achieve One Button Disaster Recovery functionality.

Our Server is an HP Proliant ML 350 G4, with an HP DAT72 OBDR tape drive.
We want to have a single backup job that will backup the entire machine and be able to boot from tape and restore everything in a single move.

The question is the following; If CPS (Continuous Protection Server) is installed, do we also need the Open File Agent installed for a total solution? We contacted two resellers and received two diffrent answers. My is that these two agents cover different functionalities and are complementary, but I would like to read your real-life experience.
